NOTICE The ticket holder assumes all risks associated with the event, including personal injury, property damage, and other risks.
Waiver The ticket holder waives all claims against the event sponsor, facility owner, ticket producer, and others.
Compliance The ticket holder agrees to comply with all laws and facility rules, and consents to reasonable searches and examinations.
Unauthorized use The ticket holder agrees not to use the ticket for commercial purposes, such as promoting merchandise or services.
Lost or stolen tickets The ticket will not be replaced or refunded if it is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
Filming The ticket holder may be photographed and filmed, and agrees that the images can be used for promotional, commercial, or archival purposes.
